松藏七代（Makuro7）デジタル作品利用規約

本作品（デジタルデータ）をご購入いただいた時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第1条（著作権およびクレジット）

  1. 本作品の著作権は、制作者「松藏七代（Makuro7）」に帰属します。
  2. 作品内に含まれるサインは、原則として削除・隠蔽・改変して使用することはできません。

第2条（許可される利用範囲）

購入者は、以下の範囲で作品データを利用できます。

  1. 個人利用（壁紙・個人鑑賞）
  2. 個人利用目的での印刷（自宅・コンビニ等）
  3. 同一世帯内での共有
  4. SNSへの投稿（作品紹介目的）

※SNS投稿時は、可能な範囲で「Makuro7」または出典の明記を推奨します。

第3条（禁止事項）

以下の行為を禁止します。

  1. データの再配布・転売・共有（加工の有無を問わず）
  2. 商用利用（販売物、広告、商品化等）
  3. AI学習・生成AIへの利用（トレーニング含む）
  4. 本作品の本質的価値を損なう過度な改変
  5. NFT化およびブロックチェーン上での販売・配布
  6. 公序良俗に反する利用

第4条（軽微な加工について）

以下の範囲の軽微な加工は許可されます。

  • サイズ変更（リサイズ）
  • トリミング（構図を大きく損なわない範囲）
  • 明るさ・コントラストの微調整

※作品の印象を大きく変更する加工は不可とします。

第5条（商用利用について）

商用利用を希望される場合は、別途ライセンス契約が必要です。

第6条（免責事項）

  1. データの使用により発生した損害について、当方は責任を負いません。
  2. デジタル商品の特性上、返品・返金は不可とします。

本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。
ただし、変更は変更後に購入された作品に適用されます。

  2. The signature included in the artwork must not be removed, hidden, or altered.
  1. Permitted Use

You are allowed to use the purchased artwork for:

  • Sharing on social media for the purpose of introducing the artwork
